Alice Lurie

M.A., Registered Psychotherapist

Alice offers English-language psychotherapy for individuals and couples, guiding you through anxiety, depression, stress, grief, anger, emotional regulation and relationship challenges. In a safe, non-judgmental space, she helps you hone your strengths, develop new skills and build self-reliance so you face future hurdles with confidence.

Her evidence-based toolkit includes Gottman Level 1 & 2, and Gottman Couples Addiction and Recovery training, CBT, EMDR, REBT and MBCT—plus specialized training in stepfamily therapy. Alice tailors your treatment plan to your unique story, combining rigorous clinical training with compassionate support to foster lasting growth.

Autumn offers online counselling in English for individuals and couples (ages 12+), specializing in substance use, concurrent disorders, emotional regulation, stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and interpersonal challenges. She takes an integrated, trauma-informed, client-centred approach—drawing on strength-based therapies like cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFT)—to help you build self-awareness, develop effective coping skills, and reach your life goals in a compassionate, non-judgmental space.

With a foundation in trauma-informed care and years of experience supporting youth and adults, Autumn partners with you every step of the way—honouring your expertise on your own life while offering expert guidance and evidence-based tools. Whether you’re navigating big transitions or everyday stresses, she’s here to help you tap into your strengths and grow with confidence.

Maren Kamerads

M.A., Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Maren works with adults and youth (ages 16+) in English, offering
in-person and virtual therapy. She supports clients navigating anxiety,
ADHD, trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. Using
attachment-based work, somatic techniques, and Internal Family Systems,
she helps clients tune into their inner world, understand the messages
their bodies send, and move through difficult feelings with greater
safety and self-trust.

With a background in harm reduction and a collaborative, client-centred
style, Maren honours the patterns that once helped clients through past
challenges but may be keeping them stuck today. She helps clients move
through these patterns and create new ways of relating to themselves and
the world with greater compassion and flexibility. She shows up as a
real person and is responsive to each client’s pace, so therapy can be a
space for understanding, self-acceptance, and meaningful shifts aligned
with who they are today.

Yolande Deschenes

M.A., Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Yolande offers psychotherapy and counselling in English for youth, adults, and couples: available both in-person and online. Her approach integrates Humanistic theory, mindfulness-based CBT and DBT, and attachment-focused work, all enriched by her background as a yoga and meditation instructor. This creates a genuine mind–body, bio-psycho-social experience that supports lasting emotional and behavioural change.

In a warm, accepting space, Yolande helps clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges using practical, evidence-based strategies that fit real life.

Drawing on years of teaching yoga and meditation, as well as extensive travel that deepened her cultural understanding, Yolande collaborates with each client to craft a personalized path toward growth and balance. Her style is gentle yet active, so you’ll feel heard, respected, and supported as you build resilience, reconnect with yourself, and move toward greater well-being.

Chloe Conklin

M.A., Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Chloe works with adolescents (12+) and young adults navigating secondary and post-secondary education, and early career transitions. She provides therapy in English, and supports clients who are navigating social anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and major life changes. Chloe often works with individuals who overthink or avoid social interactions, feel self-conscious, or struggle to stay focused and motivated under the pressures of school, work, or relationships.

Her approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and humanistic approaches, Chloe helps clients better understand their patterns, manage anxiety, build confidence in social situations, and develop strategies for attention and emotional regulation.

Chloe believes that therapy works best as a supportive partnership. She strives to create a space where clients can slow down, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and begin building a life that feels more manageable, confident, and aligned with their values.

Alexandria Nuttal

Counsellor, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Alexandria is a therapist in training completing her Master of Counselling Psychology, offering individual therapy in English, both in-person and online. She works with adults navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. Alexandria draws from attachment-based, CBT and trauma-informed perspectives to support clients in better understanding their patterns, making sense of their experiences, and building more secure and meaningful connections in their lives.

Alexandria strives to create a space that feels supportive, non-judgmental, and genuine. She is LGBTQ+-affirming and welcomes clients with diverse identities, relationship structures, and sexualities. She approaches therapy with a sex-positive and inclusive lens, recognizing the importance of safety, autonomy, and authenticity in personal and relational growth.

Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or even a little intimidating, especially when talking about relationships or more vulnerable parts of yourself. Alexandria aims to make that first step feel more comfortable by creating a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.

As a student therapist, Alexandria is committed to ongoing learning and clinical supervision. She values authenticity in therapy and believes meaningful change happens through connection, honesty, and curiosity, meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for them.

Crystal Gomes

Counsellor, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Crystal (she/her) is a Student Intern completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She offers individual therapy in English to adults and youth ages 16+, with virtual services across Ontario and in-person sessions in Ottawa.

She works with clients who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, or major life changes. She also supports those who want to better understand how family dynamics, identity, and past experiences have shaped the way they see themselves and connect with others.

Crystal’s approach is warm, person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. She aims to offer a space where clients feel safe, supported, and not judged as they explore their experiences at their own pace. Her hope is to walk alongside clients as they make sense of what they have been through and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
