Hi, I’m Crystal! I’m a Student Intern completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and offers individual therapy in English, both in-person and online.

My approach is warm, person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I aim to offer a space where clients feel safe, supported, and not judged as they explore their experiences at their own pace. My hope is to walk alongside clients as they make sense of what they have been through and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
