Hi, I’m Alice! I offer psychotherapy in English for individuals and couples, helping people work through anxiety, depression, stress, grief, anger, and relationship challenges. I provide a safe, supportive space to build on your strengths and develop the confidence to move forward.

My approach draws from Gottman Method training, CBT, EMDR, REBT, MBCT, and stepfamily therapy. I tailor each treatment plan to your unique story, combining evidence-based techniques with empathy and understanding.
