Maren Kamerads

M.A., Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Maren works with adults and youth (ages 16+) in English, offering
in-person and virtual therapy. She supports clients navigating anxiety,
ADHD, trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. Using
attachment-based work, somatic techniques, and Internal Family Systems,
she helps clients tune into their inner world, understand the messages
their bodies send, and move through difficult feelings with greater
safety and self-trust.

With a background in harm reduction and a collaborative, client-centred
style, Maren honours the patterns that once helped clients through past
challenges but may be keeping them stuck today. She helps clients move
through these patterns and create new ways of relating to themselves and
the world with greater compassion and flexibility. She shows up as a
real person and is responsive to each client’s pace, so therapy can be a
space for understanding, self-acceptance, and meaningful shifts aligned
with who they are today.
