Hi, I’m Michelle! I offer therapy for adults (17+) in English, both online and in person. I meet each session with curiosity, empathy, and the kind of support you need that day. I work with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship and parenting stress, trauma, performance pressure, and self-esteem challenges, always respecting cultural and faith diversity.
My approach is integrative and draws from Narrative, IFS, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and CBT therapies, along with mindful and somatic practices. As a Phase 2 Brainspotting practitioner, I can also offer trauma-focused work when it’s helpful.
