Maren Kamerads
M.A., Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Maren works with adults and youth (ages 16+) in English, offering
in-person and virtual therapy. She supports clients navigating anxiety,
ADHD, trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. Using
attachment-based work, somatic techniques, and Internal Family Systems,
she helps clients tune into their inner world, understand the messages
their bodies send, and move through difficult feelings with greater
safety and self-trust.
With a background in harm reduction and a collaborative, client-centred
style, Maren honours the patterns that once helped clients through past
challenges but may be keeping them stuck today. She helps clients move
through these patterns and create new ways of relating to themselves and
the world with greater compassion and flexibility. She shows up as a
real person and is responsive to each client’s pace, so therapy can be a
space for understanding, self-acceptance, and meaningful shifts aligned
with who they are today.
Chloe Conklin
M.A., Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Chloe works with adolescents (12+) and young adults navigating secondary and post-secondary education, and early career transitions. She provides therapy in English, and supports clients who are navigating social anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and major life changes. Chloe often works with individuals who overthink or avoid social interactions, feel self-conscious, or struggle to stay focused and motivated under the pressures of school, work, or relationships.
Her approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and humanistic approaches, Chloe helps clients better understand their patterns, manage anxiety, build confidence in social situations, and develop strategies for attention and emotional regulation.
Chloe believes that therapy works best as a supportive partnership. She strives to create a space where clients can slow down, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and begin building a life that feels more manageable, confident, and aligned with their values.
Alexandria Nuttal
Counsellor, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Alexandria is a Student Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing her Master of Counselling Psychology, offering individual therapy in English, both in-person in Ottawa and online across Ontario. She works with adults navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, relational, and non-pathologizing, grounded in curiosity about the whole of a person’s experience. Alexandria draws from attachment-based, CBT, and trauma-informed perspectives to support clients in better understanding their patterns, making sense of their experiences, and building more secure and meaningful connections in their lives.
Alexandria strives to create a space that feels supportive, non-judgmental, and genuine. She is LGBTQ+-affirming, sex-positive, kink-aware, and ENM-affirming, welcoming clients across a range of identities, sexualities, and relationship structures — whether they’re navigating monogamy, open relationships, polyamory, swinging, or other consensually non-monogamous configurations. She recognizes the importance of safety, autonomy, and authenticity in personal and relational growth.
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or even a little intimidating, especially when talking about relationships or more vulnerable parts of yourself. Alexandria aims to make that first step feel more comfortable by creating a space where you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
As a Student Psychotherapist, Alexandria is committed to ongoing learning and clinical supervision. She values authenticity in therapy and believes meaningful change happens through connection, honesty, and curiosity — meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for them.
