Hi, I’m Natalie! I work with adults in English, in person and online. My approach is rooted in warmth, compassion, and acceptance. I support people through emotional challenges, pain, illness, grief, disability, and life transitions.
With a background in restorative yoga and evidence-based therapy, I take a trauma-informed, whole-person approach. I also draw on humanistic and compassion-focused practices to help you reconnect with yourself and your relationships.
As a Canadian Armed Forces veteran, I offer specialized support for military members, first responders, and others in high-stress or high-risk roles.
